How to return Items,
*Gecko food cannot be returned if opened*
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned,
unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Buyer is responsible to pay return postage (Unless Faulty / Defective.

About A Lost Package
Please wait 14 working days before contacting us.
All lost orders in the postal system will be refunded
after 20 working days.
Damaged order
If an order arrives damaged it must be reported within 12 hours of arrival.
A pictures supplied with the royal mail damage bag if it was split/open.
This is so we can make a claim.
People ordering from outside the UK will be charged a £2 fee to cover Refund Costs
